Doorstep delivery

Tracked delivery straight to your address with street, house number, city, and postal code. A signature upon delivery may be required for orders over €59.

Pickup point

Pickup from a nearby drop point: Your parcel will be held there for 7 days before it is returned.

Delivery times are given in business days from handover to the carrier. Deliveries to rural areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

We deliver orders from €59 within Austria free of charge; smaller orders incur a fee of €4.90.
Once shipped, your order reaches you within 1 to 3 business days.
If your order arrives on a business day before 13:00, we dispatch it that same day.
Returns are possible up to 30 days after receipt, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging.

Order processing

If an order is received on a business day before 13:00, we pack it that same day. Later orders as well as orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation along with your tracking number directly by email.

All physical breathing exercise devices, mouthpieces, and textiles are shipped in sealed, dust- and moisture-proof primary packaging with an intact hygiene seal. Shock-absorbing cushioning made of recyclable cardboard protects delicate valves and breathing trainers from impact during transport.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number. You can also activate carrier status notifications to track the delivery time precisely.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no updates for five business days, please write to [email protected] including your reference number. We will open an investigation with the delivery service and either dispatch replacement goods or refund the full invoice amount, reliably within 10 business days of your claim.

Damaged on arrival

If a parcel arrives with visible external damage, please report this directly to the delivery personnel or refuse acceptance. Document any damage to the packaging or breathing training device with clear photos and contact our customer service team within 48 hours, stating your order number.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay for your order in cash or by card directly at the door when the courier hands over your delivery. Advance payment is not required.

Bank transfer

Transfer the amount directly to our bank account; all relevant details will appear on screen after purchase and in your confirmation email. As soon as payment is received, we pack your parcel, usually within one business day.

For your purchase, Cash on delivery, Bank transfer are available. We will never ask for card details or bank account login details by phone or email.

Delivery outside Austria

We deliver to selected destination regions. All applicable delivery costs and timeframes for your destination country are clearly displayed before completion at checkout. Any customs duties or local import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
