what materials are the breathing devices made of
We exclusively use odorless silicone, borosilicate glass, and small stainless steel spring elements. No plasticizers or glued plastic joints are used. All materials are heat-resistant and can be cleaned thoroughly.
how do I clean the trainer after breathing exercises
Disassemble the mouthpiece and valve housing into individual parts after your session. Rinse all components under lukewarm water with mild soapy water and let them air dry. The silicone part can also be sanitized briefly in boiling water from time to time.
what payment methods are available in the shop
You can pay for your order conveniently via cash on delivery directly at your doorstep. Alternatively, we offer traditional bank transfer in advance. We deliberately avoid other payment methods to keep the process straightforward.
when will my order be dispatched in graz
Orders placed on working days by 13:00 are packed for the shipping provider on the same day. Shipments placed after 13:00 are processed on the following working day. You will always receive a tracking link.
how do returns work within 30 days
You can return unused items within 30 days in their undamaged original packaging to our address in Graz. Because these are hygiene products, returns of used devices cannot be accepted. The customer pays return postage costs, provided the item was delivered without defects.
