In our workshop in Graz, we assemble the individual components made of silicone, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel parts. Before a breathing trainer goes into the shipping box, it undergoes a defined visual and functional inspection.
Structure of the valve mechanism
The core of our devices is the adjustable exhalation valve. A fine stainless steel spring generates steady backpressure during exhalation.
- Visual inspection: Thorough check of the silicone edges for irregularities or molding flash.
- Leak test: Manual pressure test of the glass cylinder with the valve closed.
Why local craftsmanship is reliable
By assembling on site, we can immediately weed out defective sealing rings or imprecise spring tensions before a package is dispatched.
